General Curriculum
In pursuing quality content, we looked for a curriculum that promoted diversity of thought, objective truth, rigor and logical thinking. As our culture rapidly drifts away from a shared set of values, it is important to determine whose values or worldview is responsible for shaping young minds and influencing how curriculum content is presented to students.
Core Knowledge
Knowledge-based schooling puts the emphasis of early education on teaching and learning an enabling core of broadly shared knowledge—enabling because it builds strong foundations for later learning and opens doors to effective participation and mutual understanding in the wider society. Such knowledge is possessed by successful adults and taken for granted by literate writers and speakers. It’s the broad and diverse knowledge that makes responsible citizenship possible.
Hillsdale College's K-12 Curriculum
Hillsdale College’s K-12 curriculum is content-rich, balanced, and strong, with emphasis upon the four core disciplines of math, science, literature, and history, with attention to music, art, physical education, and foreign languages.
Beautiful Feet Books
Curriculum that helps “homeschooling parents ignite wonder and connect with their kids through the best stories and guided lessons. To accomplish this vision we create, develop, and publish Charlotte Mason-inspired history and literature-based homeschool curriculum, unit studies, and teacher's guides to help parents fulfill their desire to read the best books, foster a curiosity-driven learning environment, and develop deep relationships with their kids.”
